Tapestry is a queen four poster,
memory foam overlay bed room, with a
large private bathroom with spa and shower
and a separate toilet room.
We also have Paris, a triple room with
a memory foam overlay queen bed, an extra
wide single bed, en suite bath room,
dressing room and private entrance.
Total occupancy is 9 people.

50% of booking fee is required within
7 days to confirm your booking by direct
deposit to our bank account, Paypal or
cheque made out to:

Pay Pal 2.4% plus 30 cents
Add $10 per night booking fee for Stayz,
Total Travel, Takeabreak
Receipt confirms booking. Balance can
be paid prior to your stay by direct deposit
or in cash on arrival. Deposit is refundable
less 10% if cancellation is more than
14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation
occurs within 7 days or less of arrival,
deposit is not refundable unless the rooms
are rebooked.
When booking the entire B&B’s
4 rooms, balance to be paid 2 weeks prior
to arrival by direct deposit. If cancellation
occurs within 14 days prior to arrival
a refund minus 10% is available if rooms
are rebooked.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days or
less of arrival the deposit is not refundable
unless the rooms are rebooked.
Guests may be charged for extra cleaning,
repair or replacement for damage during
their stay.
No smoking inside the B&B. Smoking
is permitted on the verandah where ashtrays
are provided.
If guests book multiple night stays and
have to leave for any reason, either before
their stay, or after 1 night, the entire
amount of their booked stay must be paid
in full, unless we can rebook the room.
