We also have Paris, a triple room with
a memory foam overlay queen bed, an extra
wide single bed, en suite bath room,
dressing room and private entrance.

- Ardrossan Mudgee B&B accommodation bookings require a 50% deposit which is transferable. Special conditions apply for public holidays and special events.

Booking Terms and Conditions
- 50% deposit at time of booking paid by Master Card/Visa.
- If paying by direct deposit to Commonwealth Bank, Account. Name is ekandsbdelong; BSB 062 577 Account Number 10103681
- Receipt of deposit confirms booking. We will then send you a confirming email along with restaurant information.
- Balance due on arrival to be paid by cash or Master Card/Visa. For whole-house bookings, balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Add $11 per night booking fee if you use an on-line booking agency such as Takeabreak.
Refund policy
- Deposit less administration fee (10% of booking) is refundable if a room booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date. Or you may choose to reschedule your visit.
- If cancellation occurs less than 14 days to arrival date, deposit is not refundable unless the room is rebooked. If room is rebooked, deposit less administration fee (10% of booking) will be refunded.
- Full tariff will be charged for no-shows unless the room can be rebooked for that night.
- If you have to cancel your booking you may choose another later date rather than get a refund.10% administration fee applies.
- Long weekend and whole house bookings cancellations: deposit will be refunded only if rooms are rebooked. Plus 10% admin fee of the cost of the whole house booking will be charged.
- Guests who leave prior to their scheduled departure date will not receive any refund.
- The cost of a whole house booking is a package deal. If you have booked the whole house Ardrossan provides a flat rate fee. Even if one or more of the rooms does not have full occupancy for the entirety of the booking, this does not warrant a discount.
Other
- Guests may be charged extra for cleaning, repair or replacement for any damage during their stay.
- A late departure fee of $100 applies for check-outs after 12 noon unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Master Card and Visa are the only credit cards accepted by Ardrossan B&B Mudgee Accommodation.
- No smoking inside the B&B. Smoking is permitted on the verandah, where ashtrays are provided for our guests’ convenience.
- No glass permitted in the pool enclosure or in the spa.
- Pool and spa close for the night at 10pm unless by prior arrangement.
- Please notify Ardrossan B&B in advance about any special dietary requirements.
